Gay Beats In Liverpool Sydney

to add to your "playlist"!

I several interesting musical discoveries this week while we waited for a range of official releases album and singles around the world. Today, I want you to share those particular caught my attention. Enjoy!

is Feb. 14 that PJ Harvey, singer-songwriter British alternative rock presents his new album, Shake Let England. Putting aside the corrosive guitars that were once propelled into the charts, Polly Jean Harvey and John Parish and his accomplices Mick Harvey takes us this time in a very politicized songwriting and serious. Through this gentle but invigorating album to accents rather tragic, PJ Harvey gives us a portrait of his native country, England. In twenty-year career, she has never disappointed, and not with this album as it happens!

Having collaborated on the song Hearts Brutal which appears on the last album Bedouin Soundclash, the talented singer Pirate Heart, which was passage last year in VoiceFest, O once again his charming voice to her boyfriend, Jay Malinowski , the singer of the group. Together, they offer us Armistice, a self-titled mini-album embraces string arrangements jazzy flavor definitely more pop. Fusional collaboration that gives a result sunny Mexican flavor. Enjoy!

If you are a fan of Karkwa and their music brilliantly orchestrated, and you do not already know the training Hey Rosetta! , I highly recommend it. Originally from Newfoundland, the alternative-rock band composed of six musicians launched February 15 in his third career album, Seeds . Each song is in it bears the words very original, poetic and complex. On the album, we move easily from one style to another, a very ambitious musical structure, but natural. To discover!

On 15 February, the Montreal band The Dears launched Degeneration Street, their fifth album by alternative rock, which this time represents a perfect balance between rock and the whirlpool of pop melodies. With many comings and goings of the group members, the course of this training, which began in 1995, is not smooth sailing. With this album, this musical collective, which has suffered some setbacks during his career shows that he is still capable of producing powerful album, resulting in very strong pieces that pertain directly to the right place. It is not complicated, this album is the bomb! To listen again and again!

I leave you with my heart shot to put in your ears:

Please note that training Queen of the Stone Age will perform at Metropolis March 27 next year!
